Vintage Anatolian Tulu Rug hand-woven in 1960's in Turkey and in excellent condition. Plainweave with tufts of wool or goat-hair yarn interwoven using the Turkish knot to form tuft patterns on the underlying design. All have been produced for functional purposes rather than commercially and in mountainous regions, so they all have thick pile for protection against cold. Can also double as a piece of art as a beautiful wall hanging. One of a kind, vintage collection.
