Shipping & Local Pick-Up

STANDARD SHIPPING: All Domestic, US shipping, is via UPS or USPS. Orders are packaged and shipped directly from our storefront in Stowe, VT, and in some cases, directly from our vendor.

Orders with in-stock inventory will be processed and fulfilled within 3-5 business days (excluding holidays) unless otherwise stated. Please note your order may encounter delays once shipped due to increased shipping volume or inclement weather, which is out of our control.

We are not responsible for delays or additional charges incurred during shipping. Items returned to us due to an improper or incomplete address will be the responsibility of the customer. 

At this time, we only ship within the US. We welcome you to visit our storefront at 25 Main St, Stowe VT.

FREIGHT + WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY: Furniture, including antiques, and oversized items on the storefront floor, are available for local pick-up or freight delivery. If interested in shipping an item that you’re unable to pick-up, we are happy to assist you with a shipping quote for threshold or white glove delivery. The customer will be responsible for all shipping charges. We will assist with questions and pick-up coordination with the carrier on site as needed.

LOCAL PICK-UP: As always, we offer free local pick-up for all items at our storefront. Items purchased for local pick-up should be picked up within 7 days of purchase.

BACKORDERS: Backorder dates and lead time estimates are subject to change. We will provide more accurate time estimates once your order is placed. Do to the high demand on our products and in the event of an unforeseen delay with production, the estimated lead time is subject to change. Please note, lead times do not include shipping times.
