Important Care Instructions: Variation in the living moss finish will naturally occur across all terra cotta planters as shown in the photos. Once planted, watering your plant will turn the dormant moss on the planter into a lush green surface. When not planted, avoid exposing to prolonged direct sunlight if you'd like to keep the mossy green finish. In cold climates, all terra cotta pots should be brought indoors with the first heavy frost to avoid breakage.
