A set of early 20th century "cruesets" or crucibles. These foundry pots from France have beautiful sofa blush and terracotta patina - perfect for repurposing as jardinieres, planters or vases. The crucibles were made from a lava-like material of graphite & clay used to melt down precious materials. They absorb some of that material resulting in beautiful patina. These range in size, making a collection of two or three a coordinating set.
Vintage Collection. Imported from France. Please note the dimensions and coloration of each piece vary. These are one-of-a-kind there will be some natural variations in size, color and patina. Imperfections are part of their character, and sold as is.
